I can't predict how difficult it will be to re-install for everyone, but I was just able to do it. I got an error so I ran the uninstall once again, then I was able to re-install it). I just tried to re-install it (in a virtual machine) and it apparently worked. I did this a long time ago and haven't had to mess with it since. I have uninstalled it on all 3 of my Win10 systems.
